Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days
- Delivery: 3-5 business days after processing for most US locations
- Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO: May require additional time
💡 Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you can either:
- Receive a refund (minus original shipping costs)
- Pay a reshipping fee to send it to the correct address

How to Start a Return
Email Us First
Contact us at caplytesupplement@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Get Return Instructions
We'll reply with the correct return address and any additional instructions.
Ship It Back
Send the product back in its original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Products must be returned within 60 days of delivery
- Items should be in original packaging when possible
- Any complimentary items must be returned unused
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
- We cannot issue store credit or refunds to alternate cards/accounts
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
Subscription Cancellations
If you're on a subscription, you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Contact us anytime to cancel or modify your subscription.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
- We'll review your case and issue a replacement or refund if applicable
💡 We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds without evidence of damage. Photos help us process your claim faster.
Refused or Lost Packages
If you refuse delivery, the carrier may charge a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If a refused package is lost during return transit, we cannot issue a refund.
